Why is having a Close-Up Entertainer a must for your venue? Here are the main reasons:
1) How does close-up magic work in a restaurant environment?
Customers are being entertained in a highly engaging and interactive way, normally before the food is served or in between courses. This is happening right in front of their eyes as the performer walks to each table and fills the dull time when the clients are waiting for their order to be served, instead of having them wait on their phones and getting slightly disconnected from your venue.
2) Close-Up Magic is a nonintrusive artform:
Unlike most forms of entertainment, performing Close-Up Magic in a restaurant environment will not represent an inconvenience, even if some customers happen to profoundly dislike the concept of watching a sleight of hand illusion, or simply would prefer not to get involved. In such a rare case, the magician can simply move to the next table and improve other customers’ experiences.
Whereas most forms of entertainment, such as live music, Stand-Up Comedy, Karaoke etc., might prevent some customers from entering your venue if they are not fully interested in the provided show.
